Financial Planning Assistant


Leading Financial Services Group requires an incumbent who will be responsible for the internal process relating to Wealth Management and in turn control and manager all the internal processes for the Wealth Managers

Deliverables will include:

• General Office Management
• Collection and collation of client information.
• Management of client information.
• Tracking of business and management information.
• Sourcing and updating product information and performances. Compilation and management of database and systems.
• Ability to compile financial overview (organogram).
• Ability to use all financial planning tools (tax summary, cash flow, audit, organogram, asset allocation analysis, scenario plans) MS Office based.
• Tracking technical updates and compliance awareness (SARS, FSB, LOA, etc.)
• Initial drafting of proposals and follow up letters.
• Telephonic support for Wealth Managers.
• Diary Management.

  • Previous Experience in Financial Services
  • Strong Numeracy Skills
  • BComm
  • Individual with a passion for Financial Planning
