Regional Manager

National Player in the Media and Advertising Industry requires a Sales Manager for the PE Operations, to be PE Based

Key to this position will be the managing of sales team consisting of 7 reps and 11 telesales / internal sales individuals.

Responsibilities will include the monitoring of information,Coaching of Sales Representatives and Maintaining Customer relationships

• Matric
• Own Transport with a Valid Drivers license
• A 3 yr Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing
• Current Experience in the Insurance /advertising or communication industry
• a min of 2-3 yrs Management experience with reporting incumbents CRUCIAL and Not Negotiable
• The Ability to liaise fluently in Xhosa will be preferential

The Successful individual will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade others to accept different opinions with a strong analytical ability whilst portraying a confident image
