Independent construction leader in the industrial construction industry requires qualified incumbent to report to the Contracts Director

Kpi's include
* Conducting Pre-Contract Planning
* Performing pre-contract administration
* Re-measuring the project
* Performing Valuations and Compiling invoices
* Managing subcontract payments
* Compiling cost reports
* Conducting post -contract analysis

• B.Tech / BSc Quantity Surveying
• a minimum of 3 years onsite experience with a main contractor and exposure to materials, costing and contractual exposure
• Code 08 Drivers License
